Hello! Welcome to Rock Creek Rehab. I am Catherine Schmidt. I am an out of network physical therapist, specializing in orthopedics and pelvic floor PT. I strive to provide a whole body approach to keep you moving and enjoying our beautiful state. I am able to provide in person services as well as tele-health if you don’t live in or around Red Lodge. I also provide Ala-carte services including dry-needling, group exercise classes including core focus, menopause strong, pre and postnatal focused care. I work on a sliding scale, so if my prices are out of your comfort zone, please still contact me and we can work something out.
